San Francisco based positions:
  • AIDS/LifeCycle Marketing Director of Communications & Digital Engagement: As the leader of the Marketing, Communications and Digital Engagement Department, this role is responsible for creating interest in AIDS/LifeCycle, using digital methods to drive registration and fundraising, all while building and maintaining brand equity.   • AIDS/LifeCycle Salesforce Administrator: This role will lead execution to ensure systems and data integrity for AIDS/LifeCycle’s customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce) in concert with stakeholders at AIDS/LifeCycle, SFAF and Los Angeles LGBT Center. The Salesforce Administrator will help develop and create systems to enhance AIDS/LifeCycle’s participant user experience throughout the season. They will work closely with AIDS/LifeCycle staff to develop workflows across systems to ensure fundraising, reporting, and CRM systems are integrated. Click here to apply!
Los Angeles based positions:
  • AIDS/LifeCycle Production Manager, SoCal: The AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC) Production Manager is responsible for strategizing and managing the planning and execution of campsites for the annual ALC Event (The Ride), a massive operation with many moving parts. The position is responsible for the development of site plans, managing site permitting and all site-related vendors to facilitate the Ride’s services, and working with volunteers to execute the set-up, operation, and strike of all of the Ride’s campsites. The position is responsible for the successful implementation of the Ride’s supply and equipment mobilization plans, including orchestrating Upload and Download processes, for the successful deployment of Ride-owned and rented materials. The position also has supervisory responsibilities over one coordinator-level staff, the ALC Supplies Coordinator, and works with camp-based volunteer (Roadie) captains to support the efforts of the Roadie community throughout the season and on-event. The position is based in Los Angeles and will work out of the Southern California ALC office in Hollywood. Travel to San Francisco is required several times throughout the year and extensively in the months of April and May. Click here to apply!
