Join Dara Richman of DaraSportsPT as she presents an interactive workshop on Strength & Mobility for cyclists. All attendees will receive a recap of the event.
Dara Richman, D.P.T is a physical therapist and competitive mountain bike racer. Her specialty is sports performance for cyclists, as well as catering programs to athletes of all ages and levels in a succinct training program.
