Welcome to the Cycling Chingonas training rides. These rides are designed to prepare you mentally and physically for this year’s ALC ride in June. We will choose different routes in the East Bay to challenge you and prepare you for that time when you say “why the hell did I sign up for this?” It’s gonna be great! AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace.
This week’s ride is Cull Canyon. This 16.4 mile ride is the perfect way to begin your training for ALC 2023. We will leave Eden Bicycles shop and head to Cull Canyon. From there it’s all about forested hills and deer and turkeys. At the end we turn around and cruise back down. It’s a great ride!
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride.
