Team Cycling Chignonas: Eden East Bay Epic Training Rides. These rides are designed to prepare you mentally and physically for this year’s ALC ride in June. We will choose different routes in the series to challenge you and prepare you for that time when you say “why the hell did I sign up this?”
We ride up and over to Pleasanton to have some coffee before we come back. This will gently get your climbing legs warmed up for your upcoming training rides. Dress warm and in layers.
AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace. And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
