Welcome to The Sunday Orinda Ride Series. We are an all-pace/all-skill training program. We invite everyone – from novice to speedy – to join us.

The tenth week is our annual Hill Climbing Mid Term. We’re half way through the training season — already. We’ll test our legs as we climb Wildcat Canyon on our way to continue the climbing on Grizzly Peak. Our first break is at Sibley Park. There are only restrooms and water here, so be sure to bring plenty to snack on. After our break, we’ll continue along Skyline Drive with all its descents and climbing. You’ll get a break as you roll down Redwood Road before climbing up and over Lower Pinehurst on your way to Moraga then Orinda for the 34-mile option. After lunch, we’ll continue out San Pablo Dam Road, Castro Ranch Road, and Alhambra Valley Road on our way to our final series of climbs on “The Bears”. Whew! Are you up for it? Join us.

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have route alternatives during the ride. You will have a great bike ride!

Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
