We are a group of cyclists who enjoy cycling the roads of Southern California, primarily Orange County. Members also train for the AIDS/LifeCycle (545 mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for AIDS services in California). We are a welcoming group focused on training and comradery. Join us in Orange County for a training ride!

This is WK 04 of the 2024 training season and we’ll increase our standard route to 22 miles and our advanced route will be 45 miles. Both routes will do a pit stop at C’est Si Bon in Newport Beach. The routes will stay together until we reach Shady Canyon Rd when the standard route will continue on a nice downhill to the cars.

The advanced route will leave the standard route at Shady Canyon and head east to a second pit stop at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Jeffrey and Alton in Irvine. Leaving the second pit the ride will continue to a climb up Orchard Hills Dr which then turns into Culver Drive which will bring you back to the cars.

The standard ride is for those who haven’t ridden long distances previously with the intention of working up to being able to do the ALC ride with confidence.

The advanced route is for those looking for a bit more of a challenge.

The standard route is at:

The advanced route is at:

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!

Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP so we have an idea of who’s coming. Have questions? Contact Nick Carter at
