We are a group of cyclists who enjoy cycling the roads of Southern California, primarily Orange County. Members also train for the AIDS/LifeCycle (545 mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for AIDS services in California). We are a welcoming group focused on training and comradery. Join us in Orange County for a training ride!

This is WK 06 of the 2024 training season and we’ll increase our standard route to 29 miles and our advanced route will be 41 miles. Both routes will make a pit stop at Starbucks at El Toro and Trabuco in Lake Forest. The routes will split and the Standard route will head back to the cars while the Advanced route will travel down Aliso Creek Trail to Laguna Canyon Rd and then back to the cars.

The standard ride is for those who haven’t ridden long distances previously with the intention of working up to being able to do the ALC ride with confidence.

The advanced route is for those looking for a bit more of a challenge.

We will meet up at 8 am and ride out at 8:30 am. Join us at Tacos and Co. afterwards for Tacos and more!

The standard route is at:

The advanced route is at:

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!

Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
