BIPOC Kickoff Ride
Get ready to kick off the AIDS/LifeCycle 2023 season!
AIDS/LifeCycle Kickoff Rides are beginner-friendly, all-paces-welcome, and open to all! If you’re curious about joining the Ride, this is a great way to get to know the community and go on a ride with us before deciding to register. We have a delightful ~20-mile route to enjoy. If you’d like to shorten your ride just ask a Training Ride Leader for suggestions on where to loop back.
The AIDS/LifeCycle BIPOC group is a community within a community – where Black, Indigenous, and People of Color can train together, share tips and resources about how to prepare for the Ride, and find empowerment in taking on the challenge of AIDS/LifeCycle. This space is intended for all folks who identify as BIPOC but all are welcomed to attend. We ask that you please honor the space. Join our Facebook group BIPOC of AIDS/LifeCycle
We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by Training Ride Leaders and we can’t wait to train with you this season!
NOTE – Please do not park in Sports Basement Parking Lot. Please use surrounding neighborhood street parking.
