Trudging Buddies is a sober cycling team that celebrates the power and strength in recovery through athletic activities and service.
This is the perfect ride for New Riders and Returning riders who are looking for gentle start to training.
Meet in Griffith Park at Crystal Springs Picnic Area.
There will be a Clinic before the ride to answer any questions regarding the fundamentals of cycling and training. The clinic will be designed for both first time riders and those who may need a some refreshers or extra tips. Following the Clinic we will ride from Griffith Park through Burbank with a stop at the Coffee Commissary in Glendale and then return to the starting point. Everyone is Welcome!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottles, tire changing tools
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
