Heavy Rain Cancels
Let’s start “Ramping Up”: a Saturday series where everyone is welcome as we build our skills and endurance, preparing ourselves for AIDS/LifeCycle. This is a progressive series, each week riding farther and higher. We start with 17 miles and progress over the entire series of 18 rides.
This week we start meeting at Crissy Field. We’ll get to know the new route to Golden Gate Bridge over the Tunnel Tops, go up Hawk Hill, and then head into Mill Valley before heading back. This week we will start off discussing braking, so don’t be late!
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
