The SF Sunday Ride Series Hosted by PosPeds is an AIDS/LifeCycle training group riding out of San Francisco, offering training rides to prepare cyclists for AIDS/LifeCycle and beyond. The series, generally running January to May, will start off slow and easy – and each week we’ll increase mileage and elevation. Positive Pedalers (PosPeds) are the positive face of HIV. We are a group of HIV+ and HIV- people committed to building a supportive and inclusive community through participation in public and visible activities. Our mission is simple – Eliminating stigma through our positive public example.
We will change the meet up for this ride and start at Crissy Field East Beach across and a bit east of Sports Basement. We will head over the Golden Gate Bridge and head up to the fantastic views of Hawk Hill (option) before heading over to Tiburon. We will then head back over the bridge and return to Crissy Field.
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win!
