Golden Gate Park – Ocean Beach – Lake Merced Loop
Location: McLaren Lodge, Golden Gate Park
Distance: 18 miles (or loop back early for a shorter route), Mostly Flat with some gentle hills
Meet: 9:30 AM
Ride-Out: 10:00 AM

Join AIDS/LifeCycle staff and meet community members as we ride through some gorgeous views! This beginner-friendly and mostly flat route will give you an opportunity to chat with us as we make a local stop at one of our favorite snack spots and answer your questions about the Ride!
AIDS/LifeCycle staff can’t wait to meet you and ride bikes!
We have printed route sheets for all who RSVP. Bring friends – our rides are open to everyone.
REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy:
Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
