Training Wheels is a welcoming and inclusive group of riders in the South Bay area. We welcome riders of all skill and experience levels. Our training gradually increases strength and endurance over the season, building steadily to a fitness level where you will ride to LA! And have fun while doing so.
We are fortunate to have great biking areas nearby, with several named segments. We ride Mt. Eden today, a very popular route with the biking set. It’s a great opportunity to practice your pedaling: make big circles with your feet so that you are pulling up as well as pushing down.
At this point, recommit to why you are doing the ride, and keep your training consistent. You’ll be fine.
Parking: Street parking is available on Pear Ave. If you park in the lot, you risk getting towed. That would be a bummer so make sure to park on the street.

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.RSVP
