Welcome to the South Bay Blaze training rides; a carefully crafted series of routes designed to build strength, safety, and confidence before the ride in June. These progressive series rides are a great way to become ‘road-ready’ without getting left behind. Each week’s routes is proven perfect for strength building and endurance. The rides in this series are posted as “all pace levels welcome.” All AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are inclusive and safe spaces welcoming everyone, regardless of skill level or cycling pace. Bring along some snack cash for the route and some lunch money for a lunch stop or at the Country Gourmet across the street once everyone gets back.

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
