Palm Springs Kickoff Pride Ride

Get ready to kick off the AIDS/LifeCycle 2024 season!
Grab your RAINBOW outfits & meet us at Townie at 7:30 am, Ride out at 8:00 am. This is usually an easy, super fun way to get you in the Pride Spirit! Two routes: 19 & 32 (almost no climbing). We’ll meet our ALC support team at Townie and riders from all over coming into town for Pride. The route takes us down to Starbucks across from the River and back. Did I mention wearing something COLORFUL!?!? Let’s show our Pride & celebrate a new ALC season with our community.
AIDS/LifeCycle Kickoff Rides are beginner-friendly, all-paces-welcome, and open to all! If you’re curious about joining the Ride, this is a great way to get to know the community, go on a ride with us before deciding to register, and to meet your new Community Engagement Representative (CR)! We have a delightful Palm Springs route to enjoy with rest stops along the way so you can take a break and have a snack.
We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by Training Ride Leaders, and we can’t wait to train with you this season!

Bring your helmet, water bottles, and any extra snacks you enjoy (we will provide some snacks and coffee!)
