Bike Shipping

AIDS/LifeCycle provides three options for bike shipping:

  • Ace Ride – ships fully-assembled bikes to and from the Ride, from within California as well as across the United States
  • FedEx – ships boxed bikes to the Cow Palace in advance of the Ride.
  • Trek Bikes - builds boxed bikes at Orientation Day; will box and ship bikes from the Finish Line in LA. Used cardboard boxes will not be transported forward from the Cow Palace but cardboard boxes will be available for purchase at the Finish Line Festival.

***IMPORTANT: If you ship your bike independently with any shipping service other than through our partners listed below, DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE COW PALACE. Only event partners listed are authorized to consolidate bike shipments for delivery to the Cow Palace. If you ship your bike independently to a business, residence or hotel you assume full responsibility for the timely arrival and condition.

***Please note, should you choose to use a third-party shipper such as Bike Flights please select the appropriate amount of insurance for your bicycle.
