Sacramento Saturday ramp up training rides
We push farther up the foothills climbing up to Newcastle. We then turn around and head into Loomis. This is a favorite ride because we stop for lunch at Taylor’s where we can get a burger and milkshake. After lunch it’s a mostly downhill/flat ride back to the hatchery.

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
